Rules for sale and delivery

Terms of payment

For reasons of order production prepayment by bank transfer, in some cases delivery on account is possible (bodies governed by public law, stock goods).


Prices are net plus shipping costs (unless shipping is organised by the client).

Delivery time

Our products are made to order, the delivery time for each product is individually noted in the catalogue.

Terms of delivery (Incoterms)

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made by CIP (freight and insurance paid) (DHL, UPS, GEL, TNT).

Contract cancellation

Within 14 days for goods in stock, excluding made-to-order and special productions (must be made in writing).

Return of goods in case of cancellation

The client shall bear the costs of the return shipment.

Warranty and claims for defects

Material defects

The claim for material defects shall be made within 24 months after delivery.

Warranty (standard)

Two years from delivery, excluding wear parts.

Warranty (Extended / Extended Warranty)

Five years from delivery, excluding wear parts.

Return of goods in the event of a warranty claim

We will take care of collection and return of the goods in the method of our choice.
