Thanks to the wide model range from 10 kV to 200 kV, the DP-HV series is suitable for a wide variety of applications - from high-voltage insulation tests to electrostatic processes such as discharge, filtration systems or material processing. Highly visible LED displays with high resolution, laboratory quality precision potentiometers for adjustment and a compact cabinet make the DP-HV series high voltage power supplies a good choice for industrial and laboratory applications.
 
Safety is the top priority for the DP-HV series. In addition to comprehensive protection mechanisms against overvoltage (OVP), overcurrent (OCP) and short circuits, integrated arc protection ensures maximum operational safety, especially in sensitive applications such as high-voltage testing and materials research. Intelligent temperature monitoring with active fan control prevents overheating and ensures a long service life - even with intensive use.

High-quality components and extensive experience in the development of laboratory and industrial power supplies enable compact dimensions despite high power and voltage. Intelligent cooling regulates the speed depending on the set output parameters and temperature, so that the high-voltage power supply only reacts by increasing the speed when it is actually needed. Series DP-HV high-voltage laboratory power supplies deliver up to 2kW or 80kV from a 19″ 2.5U cabinet. In addition, laboratory power supplies from the DP-HE series can be used in all cabinet sizes , both rack-mounted and free-standing - the appropriate mounting accessories for rack installation are supplied free of charge with all devices.

DP-HV Series High Voltage Laboratory Power Supplies Software Suite

High-voltage power supplies of the DP-HV series can optionally be equipped with an RS485 interface, which allows you to control and record the output values via the Modbus RTU protocol. Furthermore, the devices are supplied with simple but useful software for Windows for remote control and recording of the output values. Of course, you will also find a protocol description in our instructions, which enables you to connect to software solutions developed in-house.

High-voltage laboratory power supplies of the DP-HV series are equipped as standard with analog inputs and outputs for remote control and monitoring of the output values and system functions via 0 ... 10V signals and can be expanded via an RS485 connection.

Digital interface RS485 (optional)

Optionally equipped with an RS485 connection with full support for the Modbus RTU protocol, laboratory power supply units from the DP-HV series make it easier to integrate into existing infrastructures as well as to develop new ones. Thanks to the open Modbus RTU protocol, customer-specific control solutions can be implemented quickly and effectively, so that nothing stands in the way of automation.
